Please examine your order immediately for discrepancies. Claims need to be reported to customer service within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
If returns are made due to our packing error (e.g. quantity/colour discrepancies), we will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will ship out the correct shipment once the return have been confirmed.
For all other returns, returns are required to have a return authorization number (RAN) and must be received in their original packaging. RAN numbers may be obtained by emailing us at email@example.com. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred for returns and a 15% restocking fee.
Unauthorized returns will be refused at the shipper's expense.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
